Come experience a season in Vale do Capão in a chalet with Swiss architecture, made of wood, furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. There are only 5 units, providing a peaceful environment, with the infrastructure, organization and great maintenance of a gated community.
The chalets are set in a beautiful garden, where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Chapada Diamantina mountains.
Structure
Lower floor: living room, kitchen and utensils, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs, TV, private garden area for each unit.
Upper floor: bedroom with double bed (accessible by stairs not suitable for children and people with limited mobility), air conditioning and fan, first-class mattress and balcony with mountain views.
Common area: garden, orchard, laundry, parking, shower.
Included in the rent: bed and bath linen change every 7 days, cable tv, internet, electricity, water, cooking gas and parking.
We do not offer maid and breakfast services.
Toca do Urso offers private parking and is conveniently located 150 meters from Vila do Capão towards Riacho do Ouro and Rio Preto.
