Responsible Tourism
Meeting the required requirements demanded by Embratur (Brazilian Tourism Institute) following the protocols adopted by Anvisa (Brazilian National Health Surveillance Agency), as well as the International Entities, we were eligible to join the Clean and Safe Responsible Tourism Seal!
Cleaning and Hygiene
As for the cleaning and hygiene of all common areas as well as the rooms, we use hospital products approved by Anvisa, remote controls packaged and clean, alcohol gel dispensers in all common areas, including the Totem with pedal at the reception and the ozone generator .

Room cleaning services
The Dayly Room Cleaning Service during you stay was extinguished.
This measure will also provide more security for both you and our maid team. We carry out continuous cleaning of all rooms with the products indicated by Anvisa. In addition to manual cleaning , we invested in an Ozone generator to disinfect your room before your arrival, to ensure a safe environment for all guests who occupy them! This all adds up to the special care with items of great contact with guests, such as door locks and remote controls, that are cleaned and individually wrapped, as well as the towels that will also be individually bagged in our professional laundry.

Thinking about you, we also invested in an Professional Laundry where use of recommended products and the high temperature of the washer, dryer and ironing machine will make a big difference, giving greater security . In addition, they will be individually wrapped and sealed for each room.

As the sufficient amount of ozone to eliminate fungi, bacteria and viruses including Covid 19, is not indicated in environments that contain people, we do the disinfection with the ozone generator after regular cleaning and a few hours before your arrival we leave it open and ventilating for your entrance.
During the night we apply in the common areas and in the reception when it is closed.

Check-in Online and Check-out Express
More changes … To cut down on reception time, we introduced Check-in Online, which will be sent to your email 48 hours before your arrival. It is no longer necessary to fill out the form and wait at the reception, it will be enough to validate your accommodation with signature and presentation of personal documents.
*And at Check-out, just leave the key at the counter, the Express Check-out method, used in most major hotel chains, in which the customer simply leaves the key at the counter, was also introduced in Pé no Mato and if there is any additional expenses, will be charged and sent the invoice by email.

Your basket, well protected and packed, will be taken by a member of our team at the time you request to the table that we added on your room’s balcony. Anyway, it’s not the famous buffet that we used to serve, so praised by everyone, but we believe that having a coffee outdoors more safely is what counts, and with the advantage of having a view of the garden or mountains and this has its charm. And in a time of pandemic, the safety of guests and staff is the most important thing!
